During my upbringing, I was known as the "skinny kid," which left me feeling uncomfortable, with low self-esteem and confidence. Embarking on my fitness journey, I made the same mistakes as many others, listening to the wrong advice and making no progress.
However, over time, I invested in positive changes, resulting in significant transformations in both my body and overall health.
Through my own experiences, I learned to view health and fitness more holistically, and this perspective now forms the foundation of my coaching approach. I prioritise building strategies from the inside out, focusing on fundamental health and education to ensure consistent progress rather than leaving it to chance. I firmly believe in the principle that what is measured can be managed, and thus, I help my clients establish measurable actions in their daily routines to achieve optimal results.
My ultimate goal as a coach is to simplify the journey for individuals who have struggled to find balance in their lives, health, and pursuit of their goals. By doing so, I hope to reduce obstacles and friction, making their path to success smoother and more sustainable.
